Il est important pour chaque chercheur de suivre une méthodologie rigoureuse produisant des résultats justes et reproductibles. Par contre\, il existe toujours des différences notables entre les méthodologies utilisées par différents laboratoires et la qualité des résultats publiés. Pour pallier à ce problème\, un groupe de chercheur a publié en 2009 une liste de recommandations pour guider les chercheurs dans la façon de produire\, d’interpréter et de publier leurs résultats de qPCR (Bustin et al\, Clin chem\, 2009).\nDans ce séminaire complet\, nous réviserons les différents défis et pièges du qPCR ainsi que solutions apportées par les recommandations MIQE.
