Intérêts de recherche

  • Identifier de nouveaux gènes impliqués dans les pertes fœtales à répétitions.
  • Élucider les mécanismes des pertes fœtales à répétitions.
  • Être capable de tester les patientes avec mutations et leur offrir un conseil génétique approprié.

Les activités de recherche de mon groupe visent l’identification de nouveaux gènes responsables de grossesses môlaires récurrentes (grossesses sans embryon) et de fausses couches et l’élucidation des rôles fonctionnels des gènes identifiés dans ces pathologies. Cela permettra d’offrir aux patients de nouveaux tests ADN diagnostiques visant à identifier leurs défauts génétiques et, par conséquent, à offrir des services appropriés en conseils génétiques et en technologies de reproduction assistée.
